13. Silently ask for each of your chakras to open to fully experience the influx of light and love. This should include your Earth Star Chakra positioned about a foot underneath your feet, and the Soul Star Chakra about a foot above your head(don’t worry if you are not familiar with the chakras – just ask Metatron to open each of your energy centres to the degree that is right and comfortable for you).

14. Call in Archangel Metatron and Archangel Sandalphon and give permission for yourself to act as a receiver (bit like a satellite dish!) for the loving energies coming down, and then for these energies to be sent straight into the core of Mother Earth – where they will radiate out to wherever they are most needed. This will have no physical detriment to your physical body. Instead your body will be flushed through with high energy loving light. You are likely to feel energised afterwards. You could say aloud or silently: “I ask that at this sacred time on 11/11/11 my-self and those around me act as channels to enable the transformation of this planet to a better, more loving place. All energies received by me are in accordance with my stage of spiritual development, and will help anchor in this light in me, my community, town, country and world”.

15. Visualise a network of likeminded people across the globe connecting at just this moment – all sharing a positive vision for the future of us all. Feel the love of that. Feel the strength of that.

16. You may feel for a message for yourself, the group and for the earth.

17. You should end by once again calling in Archangel Sandalphon who works with Metatron and helps to ground in the healing to the earth. Call on Sandalphon - ask him to ground you, and the work done today.

18. Give thanks for the gift that has been given from spirit on this day of 11/11/11.

19. Open your eyes and share experiences. It may be nice once more to bring music in to close down the ceremony – whether in the form of drums, flutes or singing…..etc

20. I am planning on doing this come rain or shine – I feel it is important to be out in the elements, so I am hoping for sun, but will take whatever is meant to
