Angelic Celestial Colours

As strange as it sounds when I am in the gym on the cross trainer I have streams of information that comes to me I believe from Archangel Metatron. It's certainly not my usual thought pattern, but a higher conciousness that comes through whether I ask for it or not, and gives me a much higher perspective on all manner of problems, work related issues etc. I believe it comes because my mind is clear, and I have switched off from everyday mental chatter. Of course I can also access this in healing, meditation etc - but we need as many windows into this world as possible!
 
There is so much spiritual support flooding into the planet at this moment willing us forward - prompting wake up calls in so many people (not always comfortable).
So whatever you are personally going through (and I know some of you are hitting difficult times), and whatever is going on globally - remember help is available - but you have to give yourself time to access it.
 
Forget the doom laden headlines - change is coming and it will herald in something better eventually - and we all have as much spiritual help as we need.
 
This newsletter contains a number of workshops that I am running up to Christmas, plus several others from people who I totally endorse and know personally.
The Coral Energy day that I am running in November will be a particularly good opportunity to connect to a higher conciousness and quieten our minds, and for those attuned to Metatron we need to roll up our sleeves and get on with some work in the form of Metatron Shares.

You need no previous experience of Colour Therapy - although an understanding of energy whether from healing, bodywork or other such therapies would be an advantage. You don't need to be a therapist - just on your spiritual path!
